I bought an Audi A6 back in 2015 from Audi of Smithtown and I have had nothing but WONDERFUL experiences with this dealership. Last week my a/c air vent wheel sort of pushed back into the vent and I couldn’t get it out. DO NOT come here if your car is out of warranty. They’ll make sure to make your car bad and make you pay big bucks to fix it. One of the most dishonest, negligent, irresponsible and mal-practicing dealers on Long Island. I brought my S8 in for check engine light ( the car is still perfectly fine). They checked everything ok but replacing coolant valve and coolant. I went home and found out there was no more coolant in tank. RecommendedLet me be honest with you. My least favorite thing to do is buy or lease a car(on my list below tooth extraction). Well this all changed with my first contact with MAURICE of Audi of Smithtown. He took time to walk me through the process. Maurice was patient,kind and most important informative. I Searched all over the island for my first new (ish) car with the intent to buy in Full. I had visited multiple dealerships all around smithtown who wouldn’t even let me test drive their vehicles, once I arrived at Audi Brandon took great care of me and I bought a 2017 Audi S3.
