The worst auto showroom I have been too. I am never going back to an **** again. Their staff is rude, their customer service is below kindergarten standards. They dont coordinate among their departments, it almost impossible to get a hold of your sales guy, They dont have enough loaner cars and even if they do, you are about 30 to 45 days away. Honestly this is probably the worst nightmare a car owner would have experienced.
Absolutely the worst car dealership around. Do not trust them at all. If you buy from them expect headaches like not getting your vehicle register, mileage mismatch on documents, failure to deliver the vehicle, price changes, etc.

I only chose one star because the communication began well through text and email. Once I went for a test drive and we met in person, it was clearly evident that I was not welcomed as a customer. After I waited for people to find the salesman I came to see, his body language, spoken language (words), and facial expressions were riddled with surprise that I was there and knew anything about Audi & Audi of Rochester Hills.
