"I have historically had exceptional service at Audi Mississauga, which makes my most recent visit disappointing. After picking up my car, my driver-side mirror started acting erratically, randomly pointing up and sometimes down, requiring me to constantly reset it. Poor experience getting my S5 service. Expecting a 2hr wait from 11am and was told because it would be over lunchtime it would be closer to 4 hrs. They shuttled me home which was good though. Service closes at 5pm and had not heard anything so I called and reception told someone from service would call me back next day. Had to send TXT messages to the service number before so eone called me back saying my car was ready and why had I not come to collect it.
