Comparatively speaking, this is the least efficient and worse of the 3 audi service I have been to in greater toronto area( oakville, Mississauga and hamilton). They did not find it important enough to recommend checking engine oil but they did recommend going for a transmission fluid exchange. Time punctuality is missing. They forgot to book a cab/provide a ride for me to collect my car. This is my home dealership and there is no bias when I say the service is second to none. Dax is their salesman who’s been helping me out and he’s gone above and beyond helping me out and providing service even when it’s not his job to do so. I would recommend anyone looking to purchase an audi to come here and ask for him, because he will definitely provide the best service you’ve had when buying a car
Bogdan Constantinescu was a pleasure to work with in purchasing my 2024 Audi Q5. He was transparent with the details on the preowned vehicle and no pressure approach was greatly appreciated.
I recently went in to the service department at the Audi mavis and 401 location and I’m incredibly disappointed by the service that was provided, by specifically Nabil and Matthew. As soon as I left the shop the “repair” they said was fixed is still broken and now I have to find another place to get my car fixed that hopefully will not steal my money like they did.
