I had a service done where I was charged incorrectly for services that should have been covered by my warranty/care plan. Multiple service technicians and the service manager, Steve, told me that I should be reimbursed the full amount. It took them 6 months of me calling twice a week to take any action, and they did not reimburse me for all the services that should have been covered-- they suddenly decided that my warranty did not cover the battery replacement. I will absolutely not be going to Audi Oakland in the future.
Do not spend your money here. Service after you've given them your money is absolute garbage. Additional to the vehicle, I purchased and paid crossbars as well as a ski rack. When I came to pick up the car, they said they would only order those parts once I picked the car up... Ok, so I wait. It's been 3 months, not a single word or update about this. And now that I'm trying to get answers, they give me the runaround, telling me they'll transfer me to this person and that department etc just to drop the call. I've been tryin... read more
Make sure the cars they have posted are available for sale before going in. Wasted our time going there after setting up an appt before the hour drive. Only to be told there was a sign saying it was not for sale and didn't know why. They said i can still look at it while they find out which was no point. So we left after 40 mins of them still trying to figure it out.

The employee Skylar attended us so well. He was very kind and had amazing customer service skills! He needs a raise haha! All of the other staff were also equally as amazing with great service!
