I intentionally waited four months before writing this review because I hoped Audi Oakland would resolve the issues or at least communicate with me. Unfortunately, that never happened. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. I would not purchase a vehicle from this dealership again, and I would strongly discourage my friends and family from doing so. Called the parts department to inquire about a part and a man who answered the phone was very rude and did the bare minimum to assist me. That’s not the customer service I expect at a dealership — let alone an Audi dealership. I decided to drive farther away and go to Audi Concord and I was assisted by professional and courteous staff.
I had a positive experience with Audi Oakland - after test driving at another dealership a few days before and doing research on Audis for over a month, I felt very comfortable and welcomed by the Audi Oakland team! Grateful to Murat Edis for the overview of my Q5, test drive and the my Audi app after I got my keys, and thanks to Ed Makapugay for a smooth transaction in the finance department!
