I’m not one to write reviews but this was such an insanely frustrating experience- I was interested in the 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee, which is listed at a good to be true price with good mileage. The process was initiated with Ashley who gave us a pre approval rate through global lending. Went into the dealership because I was ready to purchase the vehicle, Ashley handed us off to Skyler bc she was busy with another client. I got to the dealership before official opening time and Justus was there to help! I bought the car. The process was pretty straightforward. It always takes a while for the paperwork but it was pretty painless!
