Amir was helpful, friendly and thoughtful of my concerns . Best person I’ve worked with in service for a long time . Dr. Abbot Bronstein I would not edit my post as I'm having a very different expense than with Amir who was excellent. That was 4 star. Mujib Syed is the best one there, and my favorite
It seems like there are simply not enough service advisors there to meet demand. I would go three days between updates, and despite calling in multiple times, nobody who could answer the phone was able to give me any info at all, and I never got any call backs. Very concerning when you just want to know what's going on with your car, and a very poor experience overall. I expect better from Audi and hope they can turn this dealership around.
WILL NEVER RETURN. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Extremely disappointing experience at Audi Oakland. This was the first dealership I’ve encountered that seemed completely uninterested in making a sale. 10 mins after we got there, Manager forcefully removed the salesperson and got hostile with us without any reason. He offered zero flexibility, simply stating 'this is the price' with a take-it-or-leave-it attitude and walked away as he was doing me a favour. On top of that, he added $7k in unnecessary warranties that I must buy.
