We recently had some issues with our vehicle and brought it in. Let me say the service team was world class and management made sure we were set up and treated very well. We bought the car here used and they treated us like royalty even then. Specifically Claudia in service deserves a shout out. She went out of her way and went above and beyond to communicate with us and help us when it was needed. Was actively encouraged by multiple reps to come in for a 2024 Audi Q8 e-tron. When I expressed serious intent to purchase, I was told the dealership would “take a loss” at that price and that add-ons or price adjustments would be required. Shortly after that conversation, the online price increased. No such conditions were disclosed in the listing, and other vehicles do not appear to have similar requirements. My recent experience with the service center at Audi Oakland was outstanding! Claudia was super helpful, so knowledgeable, responsive, and accommodating; I really appreciated how she guided me through the whole process. In addition, the supervisor Aaron went above and beyond to pick me up from my house and shuttle me back to get my car, what amazing service!
My five stars is for Jamie in Service! I can’t say enough about his work ethic and superior service. I’ve been working with Jamie for a few years now, snd he goes above and beyond. He has excellent follow through and always delivers on his word. I trust him, and he’s brought me back to Audi Oakland.
