Took my car for a simple 20k miles oil change and a NYS inspection when I made the appt I told them I only want this done...After I picked up my car they charged me over $900 and claimed they checked 100 things and screwed up my car... idling rough around 2 at normal speed without stepping on the gas and lacking power.. Tried calling them back a day later ...can't get anyone...only the receptionist who assured me a service advisor will call me back in 15 mins...now it's been over a day and no response yet.
