I Test drove August 31st. I have never left a negative review in my life until now. From a condescending finance guy that got upset when my wife called him out on the interest rate which he was wrong about to awful communication from sales and sales manager to now 13 days later no registration and inspection. I went to Audi Norwell to look at a pre-owned VW Jetta for my soon-to-be new teenage son driver, and our experience there could not have been better. Our salesman was Jim Liberidis, and he made the process easy, fun and personal. He even drove one hour to my house to personally hand deliver a missing document that needed to be signed. He knew my son really wanted the car asap, and I was not going to be able to drive back for some time. I could not recommend this dealership more, but especially Jim! 5 + stars!
