Audi Northlake is a NIGHTMARE!! Take your car elsewhere! This dealership allowed my car to leave the premises with no oil. The car was filthy and left under a tree and I was forced to wait 30 minutes just to pick it up because they transposed numbers and refused to release my Audi without listening to a recorded phone call between myself and service writer.
