Absolutely terrible experience. If zero stars was an option I’d give negative. This was the second time this Audi Q7 was in for the same issue. There was a TSB on this issue and the vehicle was under warranty for both fixes. Unfortunately the first repair was done and I specifically asked if coolant had gotten into the wiring harness. They said NO. Staff was professional & kept me advise on the status of my car during its service. Beautiful facility … the variety of snacks need improving!
