I have an Audi etron. Took it for its 40k mile (2025)service and causally mentioned that I may want to sell it in the future. As soon as I mentioned that to my service guy, the sales guy contacted me and gave me a quote. While I was sitting down waiting for my car. I said no thanks. Took my car for service yesterday. There were 2 recalls (already!) on my 2024 Audi Q3, purchased in May 2023. I also asked them to do the 10K mile service. Car has 11k miles. They said it would be about 2 hours. I live 30-40 mins away and decided to wait while they performed the service. They said they would wash the car as well, which almost all dealerships do, in my experience. This review is for my sales rep a Shawn Vahid. I will have to say he made my leasing experience in getting another Audi a very nice experience indeed. This was very important because this leasing was different because the vehicle I leased is my first electric vehicle a 2025 A6 E-Tron Prestige. I rarely leave negative reviews, but after bringing my Audi Q7 in three separate times for the same issue, I feel compelled to speak up. Each visit came with promises that the problem was resolved, only for me to drive away and realize it wasn't. This dealership fell far short of expectations when I purchased a certified pre-owned Audi with an Audi exclusive special paint color.
