Fortunate I do have my own business but unfortunately I can’t wait in Nashville for my Audi to be serviced. So from the Courtesy vehicle to the service person (Christina Jackson) and the fellow that open the door for you once you drive in the garage are downright hospitality at its finest. Absolutely horrible experience from this dealership. Sales person lyes, to service tech not disclosing all of the problems with the vehicle , to managers not calling back. If I wrote the review in detail it will anger me again. Avoid this place unless it has your dream car and you can’t get it anywhere else.
Awesome experience from the moment I drive up until the moment I drove out. The staff here really took care of my Audi. They diagnosed the problem quickly and had great communication with me about the price and status of my parts and service. Would definitely recommend this place for your Audi service above anywhere else in town. If you want it done right, take your car here!
Best service department ever for car service. the young lady who assist me in service is top notch. always makes sure my Q8 i up to standard and get's me in and out with zero BS. Appreciate the great customer service and JOE the customer service rep who picks you up and drives you, is a great man. Man has been in Nashville his whole life and is a great story teller as he is driving and explains the history. Top notch crew. Thank you
