Hello. A little back story about my recent visit (about 2 weeks ago), had an appointment for a repair/maintenance on my Audi A4. My boyfriend and I purchased the car there back in March of 2020. Quote on quote from one of the Service Advisor(s), it's RUSTED and not covered under warranty. Mind you, we have the Gold Care Coverage (Service Contract). I worked with Andrew Green for my recent purchase and it was a pleasant experience!! He was very attentive to my needs and the features I looking for in my new vehicle. I’m very happy with my transaction and I look forward to working with him for my next purchase.
This dealership didn’t take me seriously and I was ready to purchase an a4 allroad. When it came time to look at my trade in value they didn’t even look at the truck just looked up kbb and said we will offer the lower price. “We aren’t here to go back and forth on price it is what it is.” On that note I left as they didn’t seem to have any interest in my business. If you want a dealer that’s going to work with you find another dealer.
I came in interested in an Audi A4, I got the honor of having Jason as my sales specialist. I would recommend everyone to Jason. He was so respectful and walked me through everything i needed to know. I couldn’t be more happier with this car as it was a huge upgrade for me. The dealership itself was clean and all the employees were so nice. Thank you Nashua Audi for your help it’s greatly appreciated😆
I was just not impressed with Audi Nashua on my last experience . I will not be buying my next Audi from them . They have gone down hill and it is really too bad .
