Very satisfied. My service manager, John, was very helpful. He was accommodating, knowledgeable, and personable.
My experience there for the last 5 times with Andrew has been amazing. He is a very good service writer, very knowledgeable and very personable. His knowledge by far his expert, and it is nice to have good employees. Andrew had also mentioned that our car alignment was off, and I had to double check and find out maybe why it would be and I found out that a rock was hit. So we are actually rescheduling a front end. Alignment through Andrew, in the next couple of days. Great job to you guys and great job to andrew
