The sales lady manager Jasmine at Morton Grove wasted my whole day in the end we walked away. I am not mad that we didn’t get the deal done, but rather unprofessional way Jasmine treated us. Will never again go to McGrath, they can learn a thing or two from Bill Jacobs. There are a lot of other brands. UNPROFESSIONAL

RecommendedGerry was excellent in helping me see and purchase the car I wanted. He was very friendly and helpful, answering all questions and even checking in after my purchase. Customer service was excellent here, in my experience. I’ve gotten sideways looks at other high-end dealerships for being a younger guy, but not here. I plan on returning for service even though I live rather far.
I purchased a pre-owned Audi A6 from this dealership. At first I thought I had bought a lemon because the brakes started failing on my drive back to Detroit Michigan. I called the dealership and they completely fixed the brakes and a door handle that was delaminating for free. Excellent customer service I would highly recommend Audi of Morton Grove to anyone!
Bought an amazing used vehicle in immaculate shape at a great price and I was a wonderful experience all the way around. It was a fun experience and all the staff were great. I would definitely return and recommend this dealership.
Be honest about their extended warranty
before you buy a car plz make sure finance not cheat on you they just need your money not even care what you feel I was talking with sale with interest 4.99% pay for 60 month with trust them not recheck the paper now I found out I got interest 16.78% pay for 72 month no return just only word from him that go pay your car and re finance after 6 month just went back home with pain
Worked with Chris, Omar, and Gene on a trade in and lease of a new A4. Chris did a great job of showcasing the car, Omar negotiates well and worked out a fair price, and Gene got us through the financial portion quickly (even while my kids were fussy and sleepy!). When all was said and done, Chris even went the extra mile to help me move belongings from my trade in so that we could get the boys home. I was not honestly expecting to drive home in a new car, but this team (and the awesome car) really did a great job!
I took my 2019 Audi Q5 in for service (66K8,FY). Jawad Sayal was the service writer. He was courteous , professional, and gracious. He kept me informed about the progress of work being done on my vehicle, and I was able to get out in a timely manner. (This was a pleasant change and quite a contrast from the behavior of the guy in the finance office who tried to overcharge me when I bought the car in May). Jawad in the Service Dept. was amazing!
