It's a shame to leave a negative review because they're likeable staff. But not honouring an agreement during sale for minor and inexpensive cargo barrier seems like a strange hill to die on. You can only follow up so many times.

Over six months ago, I purchased a some plug to have it delivered Contacted them three months ago said no arrival they said they get onto it Three months later still has not arrived when enquired they said it was my fault I didn’t pick it up even though I paid for delivery. If that’s a sign of their service. I definitely won’t be buying my kids their new cars from them. Shocking Service for such a wonderful company.
