Dreadful experience with Audi Mornington I received a recall notice for the gas generator in the driver airbag for my audi TT so booked the car in giving 5 weeks notice.Felt it would be a relatively simple process -take the car in and leave it - pick it up completed Very poor service on arrival -inattentive and slow -despite little activity - was eventually told it would be relatively quick so I should remain in the area . I was called an hour later and informed they couldnt find the part despite 5 weeks notice of the recall... read more
Leaving a review to acknowledge multiple positive experiences with the Audi Mornington service team. Iain is hands down one of the best service managers I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Nothing is ever a fuss for him, he takes the time to explain everything clearly and genuinely wants to help. He also returns phone calls in a timely manner if he is not available at the time.
