Excellent Service.
I’ve consistently had a fantastic experience with the service team. Nick Langeberg always provides fast, efficient, and friendly service. Wyatt Packard helped me purchase my car two years ago, and I still absolutely love it—it’s been a great fit for me. Recently, Jacob Tibodeau went above and beyond while assisting me with Audi Care. He was incredibly helpful and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this team for both sales and service!

I have had to come to the service department about 4 time in the last few months due to issues with my tire… Memphis potholes, nails etc. which has not been fun at all , to miss time from work, paying for Uber rides, inconveniencing others to say the least, BUT Nick and Trevor have made these situations as pleasant as possible. I have been there when it is extremely busy, with phones ringing, and noticed the manager step in to help as well. Overall I am satisfied with the service provided
