The team is always professional and great to work with. Would highly recommend Nick in the service dept. We were running behind on picking up our car and didn’t get there until around 2:15 when they close at 2. He told us it wasn’t a problem and he would wait on us. We love our car and the great service we receive every time.
Initial sales experience was pleasant. The next day, I couldn’t log into my car as the key user. It’s been nearly 90 days and I still can’t log into the car. I keep receiving a “data connection error” message. From the service department, I keep hearing the “I’ve never seen this issue before”….along with Digital Help telling me the service department is trained for this and should be able to repair the issue. When we pulled up to look at cars, Dominique Turner was the first one to greet us. It was super-hot outside that day, but his energy was on point and sold us my Audi. I love it! great salesman, I will most definitely refer my friends & family to him. I have been buying my cars from Gossett for a long time. Sales & service are the best!! Salesmen like Mr. Turner is what makes Gossett such a great place to buy.
