As a Black woman and a mother to an autistic adult daughter, I was treated with such hostility and disrespect at Audi Meadowlands that I feel obligated to speak out and warn others. This was one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had and I have it all documented. I brought my Audi in because it was shutting off in traffic a serious and dangerous defect. On Friday, July 25th, 2025, I had an appointment for car service at the Audi Meadowlands Service Center (located at 4700 West Side Ave, North Bergen, NJ). I added that address because I made the error of typing in Audi Meadowlands in my navigation system and ended up at the dealership, not the service center. they held my car there for one week. My advisor was Mohamed. I explained to him that I owe Shop and I know what’s wrong with the car that it was water pump and the thermostat. The car was overheating. They told me there was a recall on the starter. They never changed the recall part and they never fixed nothing to the car they returned the car back to me and today the same thing happen and I sent it to a different Audi in Brooklyn and they found a problem exactly what I was telling these people at this service department.
