I scheduled an appointment but ended up canceling it right away due to the incredibly rude attitude of the staff member I spoke with—Kathy (or Katherine, not sure of her exact name). Her unprofessional demeanor made it clear this wasn’t the kind of service I wanted to deal with. Disappointing experience.
I got 5q oil for my Audi and few of the oils seal was open. So please check it out at the parts department before leaving.
I had brought my car in to get serviced and I was helped by Robert Correa, he was extremely helpful and scheduled my shuttle back home promptly. Overall it was a smooth process and a pleasant and easy experience.
