Please read the reviews before going to this Audi service center. They are terrible from the minute you walk in. You make an appointment and they don’t even know who you are when you walk in. Then touch unnecessary things in your car. After sitting there for many hours and nothing being done due to not having needed parts and also trying to charge me $5,700 for minor work, my car started smoking from the hood after leaving there and leaking fluids that wasn’t leaking prior to going there. I had a great experience with Audi service thanks to Blanca. She helped me from start to finish with my brakes and tires and made the whole process very easy. Blanca kept me updated throughout the entire service and was friendly and professional the whole time. It’s always reassuring to work with someone who communicates clearly and genuinely cares about the customer experience. My remote start will not work. The car doesn’t recognize the app. Brought it in the gave me the loaner. I had to take 2 car seats out. Called me the next day nothing is wrong cone in with your phone. I did they couldn’t get it to work. They had no idea what was wrong. Told me they had to call someone else. Took 2 car seats out again took the car home even though the problem is still there. They have not called me back.
The worst dealership / service center ever if you need your car fixed the right way without any games or scams go to Audi Englewood stay away from this dealership they play way too many games change parts that don’t need to be changed . Service Advisor is super lost she used to be a sales associate and they put her in service (Kimberly) don’t know what’s going on 99% of the time unbelievable worst service ever
