If I could give less than 1 star I would. We purchased a vehicle from this dealership on January 31st of 2020. We were issued temporary license plates and told we would receive them within 90 days. 90 days has long past. It is now November 2020 and we still have not received our registration plates. The dealer has blamed the issue on the DMV, but in reality it's a title issue that the dealer has not been able to resolve, but yet sold us the vehicle no issue. They have claimed to be "at DMVs mercy" and blaming it on Covid lef... read more
Sonnen VW Motorcars, (which is now called, VW Marin,) did a wonderful job repairing my VW Touareg in December, 2019. I’ve taken my car there, for service and repair, for over 10 years, and have received nothing but honest and excellent care for my vehicle the entire history of my beloved Touareg’s life.
We purchased our current **** from them and had to pay the registration 2 times. They have not yet refunded our money for this. We also purchased 2 warranties from them and **** Corporate does not show them listed so when we tried to use it we were declined the warranty. We have been working with them since March of last year to resolve these issues and have not had any results thus far. Horrible place.
