they dont service their own vehicles 2012+
The service department is absolutely terrible. I had major complaints at my last service. After the service manager claimed he wanted to make this “right, months later the service is still deplorable. I didn’t buy my Audi here, bought it out of state and then moved. I won’t be coming here anymore. Terrible, no regard for the customers time and terrible communication.
Not honorable. Bad service. Policy restrictions make them unable to service all Audi vehicles.
We have a 2014 Audi A8 Quatro TDI. Having random sputtering issue. They won't even look at it because it's too old. So if you have an older Audi save your time.
I have had the best "white glove" experience with the help of Spencer in the service dept.
