Service advisor Shina is awesome. But everytime I call the service center the customer service person taking calls is incredibly rude, consistently, and if I didn’t already have experience with the actual advisors I would not come here.

The service department is absolutely terrible. I had major complaints at my last service. After the service manager claimed he wanted to make this “right, months later the service is still deplorable. I didn’t buy my Audi here, bought it out of state and then moved. I won’t be coming here anymore. Terrible, no regard for the customers time and terrible communication.

Not honorable. Bad service. Policy restrictions make them unable to service all Audi vehicles.
