My experience was much better than I thought it would be using a dealership in the city, but I was pleasantly surprised that it went like it did. Fahad was extremely helpful and we worked out a deal that was right in the ballpark of where I wanted to be. Even when I had to go to F&I and finish the paperwork, everyone I dealt with was cool. They contacted me the next business day, they were very good in a quick response however I wasn’t able to get to them .
The dealer contacted me and put me in touch with a salesperson who called to introduce himself. I was about to head into am eeting and asked him to call me the next day; still waiting!
I have purchased over 35 vehicles from Chevrolet to Toyota to Nissan to Audi to Mercedes to Lexus to Bentley in the last 25 years. This car buying experience was the worst of all of them. They were unprofessional in delivering my vehicle as promised. They botched the car registration as well as totally failed in customer care. This is not the quality of experience one would expect from a high-end dealership.
Their response was prompt and thorough, and gave me info about setting up a date for a test drive
Responded with generic email, however, didn't answer questions with email. Also talked to sales rep that didn't know much about the car

I reached out to Audi Manhattan on a Sunday and they reached out back to me first thing on a Monday. By Tuesday I was driving my new car. I worked with Alex K and he helped in the process. I recommend this dealership.
I had negotiated a deal with Alex at this dealership (made an offer and it was accepted), all the terms were set, and then they went and sold it to someone else before I had a chance to pay. In my lifetime, this was by far my worst experience with a car dealer. If giving no stars was an option, I would.
