Had a family emergency and had to fly to Denver from Lubbock. Our Q7 needed an oil change, recall service and inspection. Dropped car off at Audi of Lubbock, a dealer I have never dealt with. They did all the work needed, kept the car until we returned from Denver, and delivered it to our house in Abilene. I highly recommend the dealership, as well as Marc, the service rep who took the best care of our car and needs.
