wouldnt take my Audi anywhere but Parker! They have always been great!
Parker Audi's service department is abysmal. Jeff Reid (Parker's service manager) made multiple promises that were broken over a 6 week period. They then submitted me a $9,600 invoice and the car was still not working. I discussed with Audi of America and received a significant discount due to the poor services provided by Parker. I will never use Parker again, and I encourage everyone to not utilize Parker.
