Took my Audi A4 in cause it was having a problem with bogging down and no power, the first day James spent all day diagnosing the suspension which the car wasn’t in there for..then he finally got to the ingine he said there was a missfire but it was old! We scheduled a 9 am appointment with a week’s notice. When we arrived we were told that Young had taken over the dealership. We were told it was unlikely our A6 would be diagnosed and repaired. He was correct. No repair and not full diagnosis. There were lots and lots of cars waiting for repair. They should have just canceled us as all we did is waste 4 hours. Take your car somewhere else. The tech was helpful but there wasn’t much he could do.
