Got my first Audi here two years ago and the service was amazing. Super friendly staff and very knowledgeable as well. Just had to bring my car in for service and again, the service blew me away. It was a very unique issue but was done very quickly despite ordering the piece from Germany. Absolute white glove treatment.
Long time customer going away forever Long story short. As I was driving with my, one windshield wiper stopped working. Next day, I'm at Audi Lauzon Laval and the "adviser technique" is blaming me saying that I broke the wiper motor. Wanting at all cost to make a repair bill with a smile on his face, I left.
