If I could give you 1/2 star I would. My first time ever coming to this dealership was more than terrible. I first walked in and was not greeted by any of the three guys at their desks who were not doing anything. They didn't even acknowledge me or say someone will be right with me...so then when I finally spoke to Bobby, he was very rude and none of the men working at the front office had any type of customer service skills, I felt racially profiled as soon I walked in.
