Extremely friendly staff. Their finance department is the fastest I have ever experienced at a car dealership. In and out in less than two hours!
Service department has been understaffed for a while. I made an appointment for an oil change and was waiting for over 5 hours. I just made an appointment to diagnose and fix a dash light for Saturday at 4:00 pm. I drove all the way to the dealership and they said they would get to it on Monday. If I wanted an appointment on Monday, I would have scheduled for Monday. Absolutely ridiculous. I expect this from a Mitsubishi dealership. Why even offer the appointment? Never coming here because they just waste your time.
