After purchasing my 2023 R8 and owning it for a few years, I recently tried to get in touch with the finance department regarding my contract. I called eight times, spoke with several people, and was assured multiple times that I would receive a call back. After more than two weeks, I still have not heard from anyone. The lack of follow-through and accountability is unacceptable. At this point, I’ll be escalating the issue directly with Audi. Stay away—service and communication here are terrible.

I have been a loyal Audi Jacksonville customer, purchasing four vehicles from this dealership over the years. Unfortunately, my most recent experience in June, when I purchased two Certified Pre-Owned vehicles, fell far short of both my expectations and the Audi brand standards.
