Two weeks ago I booked online an appointment at this dealership for the first oil change on my new Audi. I was looking forward to getting this service performed tomorrow per the confirmation received 2 weeks ago. Today they called to find out what service I needed and when I explained the vehicle needed an oil change they explained that they are really booked up and the earliest this could be accomplished would be the end of the month.
