This review is for the Audi Service department. The team is efficient and easy to work with. Communication is usually clear and service is handled in a timely manner. While things aren’t perfect every visit and loaner cars aren’t always available, this location has been one of the more consistent and reliable Audi service experiences I’ve had.

My wife and I just got home with our new Q7 thanks to Richie! He was very knowledgeable as far as the vehicles he showed us, including the comparable Volvo. Richie really listened to what we had to say and steered us correctly into the vehicle we love. Thank you very much, Richie!
Service department lacks knowledge of Audis. I'm not even sure if it's a real dealer. Imagine paying top dollar to have your Audi repaired and they don't even understand basic principles. On the bright side, it's a great place to store your vehicle for months and months while they stare at it with their mouths open.
