Service department lacks knowledge of Audis. I'm not even sure if it's a real dealer. Imagine paying top dollar to have your Audi repaired and they don't even understand basic principles. On the bright side, it's a great place to store your vehicle for months and months while they stare at it with their mouths open.

I normally generally hate the dealership experience, and thought I would just talk about how positive I felt about coming to this place to look at a car. In the end, we ended up with another vehicle but the staff here was very professional and in the end was just looking out to make sure you got what you wanted. Well happily shop here again, had a great experience with Richie. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy an Audi.
Found a car for my daughter here and it had all-weather floor mats in the trunk when we looked at it. We bought it immediately and wanted to take it right then but they had to prep it before delivery. 2hrs later, take delivery and get home to find the mats missing. The manager Nate said it had carpeted mats in it and didn't care about making it right, even with 3 other people that saw them in it when looking at it. They just magically disappeared.
