I've gone down there several months apart for about 2 years. The only electric vehicles they have are vehicles that are nothing to do with Audi. I saw more Ford electric vehicles on the Audi dealership then I saw Audi. Do not go here if you're looking for an electric vehicle. It was a waste of a 2-hour trip.
We have a 2024 Q5, which we love. We brought it in for general servicing twice and both times received amazing service from the entire staff. The service department has been great. They deserve 5 Stars. A couple months ago we hit a deer and needed to have body work done. Originally, we were told it would take ~5 days, but it may take bit longer if they found additional damage.
