Do yourself a favor and stay away from here. They will lie to your face to sell, they will not let you know about the existing issues. They lack work ethic, and you may find yourself paying for service quoted at $2,000 for a car you barely drove for less than two months.
Been coming here for 4 years now, and have stuck with Audi as a brand mainly because of the service at this shop. Excellent techs but (and I'm sad to say this) the service management is not the same since RJ left. He was such a powerhouse.
My Audi EV was towed here after a major electrical failure, and the experience was awful. Audi of Ithaca said it would take 3–4 weeks just to look at the car, gave no real updates, refused a loaner, refused a rental, and even refused to partially charge the battery when it was down to ~50 miles. This review is for the Audi Service department. The team is efficient and easy to work with. Communication is usually clear and service is handled in a timely manner. While things aren’t perfect every visit and loaner cars aren’t always available, this location has been one of the more consistent and reliable Audi service experiences I’ve had.
