This company has had my Audi TT Convertible (under warranty) since August 2024. No repairs completed yet. But they have assured me the "car" would be "ready" by (the last three past weekends, no call back this weekend). Safe to say, NOT a good company. Facts.
Worst dealership in America...ok, worst dealership in SC...ok, even with that...definitely the worst dealership service in Hilton Head/Bluffton area. Will in the future(from many service experiences with this dealership now being in the Auto Nation group), go to Charleston for service. Use a loaner for the day and enjoy Charleston until service is done.
