Arrogant, poor service, and they really do not care about customers or potential customers. Terrible!!
Had my A4 worked on and spent a good amount on it. The new timing belt failed which caused enging damage and not worth fixing. Beau stood behind their work and gave credit towards purchase of a car he had for sale. Stand up guy and way to do the right thing! I'll be returning for work on a TT we have. If you have an Audi or VW, this is the place to go.

The worst experience ever! They were to repair an oil leak in my daughter‘s car. They wanted $5000 to do so. Gave them $5000 cash and when we got the car back it was still leaking oil. Took it back and they said it was a different leak and wanted to charge for looking at it. $5000 later the car still burns and leaks oil like crazy!
