My communication has been with Kaitlyn, she is super to well with! Between my work and personal travel it’s sometimes difficult to schedule service, she has been extremely patient and quick to get back to me with available dates/times. I love the ease of communication, often choosing to text rather than playing phone tag. The team is extremely helpful and has taken great care of my Audi! Great group, I wouldn’t go any place else!
I purchased a new Q3 here in 2021 and I always take my SUV here for service. Great service team. Took vehicle here for a state inspection.

Scratched and gouged my leather steering wheel all the way around. They didn't care and basically tried blaming me for it, using the excuse: "The shop manager was the only one who drove the car", as if its impossible that the shop manager could mistakenly damage it, so it must be that I'm trying to scam them. Go somewhere else like an independent repair shop. There are plenty better places to go around here.
Called to price getting the transmission fluid changed in my 2006 A4 1.8 Turbo convertible. They won't work on cars older than 10 years old. It is a "liability issue" for them.
