So we came out to buy A5 and met Alec who gave us a test drive . Came back 2 days later for my husband to test drive . We were told there was a prestige in the loaner group . If I could give a zero I would!! Worst customer service EVER!! I purchased a Q3 a couple of months ago, gave a deposit of $1000, needed to sell our truck and was dealing with my husband (currently in hospice) who has stage 4 lung cancer that went to his brain - all of which they were well aware of. Without notice and while I was dealing with my husband in the hospital they sold the car!! They claimed to have sent me an email - no call - no text - no email!! Audi Hamilton gave us a great price on our old car and we bought a used Q5. The sales experience with Eric was incredible - he walked us through every feature in the car and just the smooth experience overall. He didn’t push us into buying it and made us feel comfortable. The best thing about this location is they treat everyone the same and don’t just brush you off. Also thanks Eric for the hand written holiday card, we hope 2026 brings you even more success!
This is hands down THE BEST dealership I’ve ever dealt with. Every single one of the staff are down to earth, caring, and knowledgeable. There is a genuine family run feeling. they don’t apply any pressure or try to sway customers in any way. They meet you where you’re at and support you every step of the way.
