I chose them to bring my 2015 Audi A3 with 161.000 km on it for a complete diagnostics of engine light and what needed to make car drivable and dependable. They told me about 2 issues and charged me $3000 for fuel filter and oil pan leaving many other diagnosed issues unattended I was not informed or aware about .. 18 min after driving off lot the engine light was back on and car would not accerate and was overheating . Great experience purchasing a car Audi Hamilton. We were fortunate enough to have Tom as our sales person, who did an amazing explaining all the F&B's of multiple cars. Once we decided on the one we wanted he went over all the financing and leasing options, explaining it all very clear for us.
Very positive experience working with Steve! He was very responsive and knowledgeable. He made the whole process easy and stress free. He has a very pleasant personality and takes pride in his job. Highly recommend asking for Steve if you’re looking for a new vehicle:)
My comments are related to my experience with Paul Landais at the dealer and inquiring about a used car this past January 2025. I have limited experience with the dealer and many of the reviews are extremely positive.
