I've read reviews of how great they are when you go to purchase a vehicle. Service after that is completely below satisfactory. Shuttle is available ONE way only and limited to very close destination. I live in Waterdown-Hamilton and was told thats beyond their shuttle area. I never went back after that

Well I had a 2015 Q7 sport model that I bought new in 2016. I bought from north Toronto but now live in Hamilton. I loved it. Did not love the sunroof - over the years water would drip onto passenger side floor. I took it to Hamilton location a full times but issue persisted. In 2019 the whole sunroof was replaced.
