Audi of Greensboro is the worst place to trust for serving your Audi. When I first moved to Greensboro I was immediately warned NOT to trust them. Unfortunately, I ran out of options and learned the hard way. They not only installed a timing chain on my car unnecessarily they lied refused to provide me with a refund. Additionally, I was told that if I drove my car it would actually ‘blow up and catch on fire’. The service managers do not return phone calls, nor does the general service manager. I recently purchased a used Audi Q3 from Audi Greensboro, and unfortunately, my experience was far from positive. My salesman, Dan, was helpful during the buying process nothing extra at all, but that was about the extent of his involvement. 02-18-2025 about 11:38 am had son's 2011 Audi A3 TDI towed for an ignition replacement; 02-20-2025 diagnosed, 02-27-2025 went into service dept. spoke with Ameer Watkins tended me, I was upset already because a previous mechanic charged me for service that did not fix the issue I went in for, instead of understanding, Ameer told me, "Let's talk like adults here."
