The service department are very friendly. We have had several issues and each time they cannot fix any problem without bringing the car back 2 or 3 times. We picked up our car today, and before we got home, the problem we took the car in to be repaired for was not working again. We have taken this car in several times since we purchased the new 2025 Allroad about 12 months ago.
