I don't even know where to start with Audi Gilbert. I took my vehicle in for an AC issue and worked with "service advisor" Scott, who told me the diagnostics fee was $399. When I pointed out that their website advertised it for $349, he reluctantly agreed to honor it, acting as if he was doing me a massive personal favor for just honoring their advertised price.
