Parts Department is a joke... They put you on hold and then pull up and put you back on hold like 3 time in a 10-12 min spand. The Old man is rude. But thankful Gary is not rude and was able to help
Customer service is always excellent and they always put my mind at ease by answering my questions and making sure the problems on my car are fixed. Also meanwhile my car is getting fixed they have a loaner car so I can get to work and back. Thank you Brian, Lang and Audi for making my experience an excellent and comfortable one.
