First class service as usual. Peter, Phil, Billy, Manny and John are always eager to help in whatever way they can. The technician, Mitch, was very informative as well. No better place to service your Audi than Ray Catena.
After my husband’s review, (Michael Rinaldi- you can see review posted) Audi called letting him know that they are sorry but there’s nothing they can do at this point. Would he please think about taking the review down. Unbelievable. They will give us a great deal when the lease is up in 3 years. Really!!! Nothing they can do about it now. I have to rate my experience with Audi one star. We leased a 2025 Q3 a few months ago. I have tried to get comfortable with it but it is just not possible. The car is poorly designed and disappointing to drive. Here are the major issues I’ve experienced: Poor Transmission Performance – On the test drive, the car felt fine on the highway. But once I got it home and drove it around town, the ride was jerky and uncomfortable.
