If you encounter females at the counter of audi Frederick service center, just skip them. You’re not missing anything. She will give you advice potentially to harm your car. Over 10 years of visiting this location, men did not ignore warning signs in the dashboard but took them seriously. However, this is the first time the woman at the counter totally ignored the warning signs on the dashboard and put my car into potential danger. Prejudice doesn’t come for no reason. I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience with Audi Frederick. My vehicle was towed there on Thursday, 11/13, and because it arrived overnight, the keys weren’t left. When I called the next morning (11/14), I was told that even if I brought the keys in, my car wouldn’t be looked at until Monday or Tuesday (11/17–11/18). I explained to my advisor, Emily, that if the check engine lights went off by the end of the day, I would pick up the vehicle to see if it was drivable since I needed it for work. Service center is always backed up. Expect for your vehicle to be here at least 2 full weeks minimum. More often than not loaner vehicles are not available.
