Well, I'm still waiting.... 1.5 hours for an oil change that I had an appointment for. I'll update when I actually leave here. Unsatisfactory. 1 hour and 45 minutes...
It has always been a pleasant experience. The setting is very open with workstations and snacks as you wait. I never have to get a loaner because it doesn't take too long.
