Sold me a car with undisclosed damage. Took way too long to get a hold of someone in person to speak with a technician. Nice staff but service is questionable. $3k worth of bills to fix the damage. My 2nd day here regarding repairs aside from purchase and spent countless hours waiting for answers.
Purchased a used vehicle here last week. I found the vehicle at one of their partner dealerships and requested to see it at this location. After leaving the dealership with the vehicle, I noticed the self folding mirror on the driver side did not work properly. I let the salesperson know and was told the service manager would reach out to me regarding the issue. No one has contacted me. Perfect experience getting an oil change, engine air filter & a multipoint inspection.
This is our 2nd time purchasing our car at Ft.Washington Audi. Their sales staff (Bill Smith) and managers were all excellent. Chris Middleton, our finance officer was also highly organized and efficient in the completion of all the paperwork. Can't forget to give a shout out to Ryan Tran, the tech specialist. He was so helpful in explaining all the new technology. I can't thank him enough. LOVE my new AUDI Q5
