Too pricey
My experience with Fletcher Jones Service Center has been AWFUL! I own an Audi Etron and there have been several recalls on the high voltage battery. I have called Andrey Semenyuta, Service Advisor and Frank Carmargo, Service Manager and have not received a call back for almost a week. I made several follow up calls and still unable to talk with ANYONE. Will never purchase a vehicle form Audi Fletcher again.
Since my Audi was due for service, I called in and scheduled an appointment with my Service Advisor David Derebenskiy. He greeted me upon my arrival and right away took care of my car. Afterwards he communicated with me (video/text/phone) regarding my car condition and the work that was done. My Audi was ready on time and was handed to me nicely washed. Great service and great experience, thank you David!
Did the 30kmile service. Naeil was my SA and he is very courteous and professional. He didn’t suggest or recommend any uneccessary service. Great guy go ask for him when you take your vehicle to Fletcher Jones. I had MBZ and serviced at FJ and they always cover your back. FJ is a great company and I serviced the vehicle for almost 25+ years and they take care of you. What you pay is what you get. Good service.
