Beware the used cars that aren't Audi! I purchased a volvo from them about a week ago. On the drive home the check engine light came on. Called Audi asked if any of the repair orders had anything listed, they said no but car is under warranty with Volvo. So for this past week and few days I've had the car I've been dealing with Volvo and getting the engine fixed since there was some issues with the engine as well as the infotainment screen just blanking out or the car sensors flashing that they aren't working. I am writing to express my concern regarding a recent service experience with our 2023 Q7. When we purchased the vehicle, we also negotiated a service agreement. Upon its expiration, we brought the vehicle in for a scheduled service at Audi Fletcher. Almost unbelieavble! I wanted to share this experience as a cautionary tale to others regarding car purchases and their associated service agreements. It highlights the importance of thorough inspections and careful consideration of service details.
