I have to say that Andy in the Audi Flatirons parts department went above and beyond today to help me. My key fob battery died and I went there to get a replacement. I have been on oxygen with limited mobility for a while. He saved me the walk and came out to my vehicle to repair the key fob. I haven’t seen folks looking after each other like this since my years in the Marine Corps. Many thanks to Andy and Audi Flatirons for the help!
The employee at Audi flatirons parts department was Incredibly helpful with my many of questions. Where needed, he would print up parts diagrams to make sure that I fully understood what I needed to do and how to do it.

I recently went to this parts department for an engine oil filter, list price on Audi’s website $17.15, this parts department attempted to charge me $42! I told the parts guy that was insane and that I recall paying a lot less the last time I bought one there and I threw out a number and he changed it to $30. Better, but still insanely overpriced for a $17.15 part.
