Wonderful experience at Audi Fall River. Traded in a pick up truck and purchased a beautiful pre-owned Q5. Cameron was my point person throughout, he was extremely knowledgeable and made the whole process very easy. Very happy with the entire transaction, and enjoying my 'new' Audi!
The most unsatisfactory customer service experience I encountered at the service department of this establishment . An employee named Robert Desouza . His demeanor over the phone was highly disrespectful and unprofessional. When I requested to speak with his manager, he asserted that he held that position and that all employees reported to him. Management should be vigilant about such an employee’s potential to damage the company’s reputation and tarnish its image.
Update - I am updating my review from 1 star back to 5 stars because Robert, the GM, took the time to make things right. We had a great conversation and discussed everything in detail. He listened to my concerns, treated me with respect, and we were able to come to a fair agreement. Because of Robert's outstanding customer service, I will continue using them for both of my vehicles going forward. Thank you, Robert, for going above and beyond to resolve the issue. If you need an Audi or VW you MUST see Veronica. She is knowledgeable, efficient, informative without being overwhelming. I test drove the car Friday and drove it home Monday. The process was quick, easy and stress free. Every one of the staff members, I interacted with were so kind and pleasant. Jason in financing was also amazing. I never once felt pressured or rushed in the purchase of my dream car. So if you want the red bow treatment go to Fall River Audi…and yes she did have the big red bow on my car.
Came in just to look around and test drive some cars to get a feel for what I like. The manager came over to get someone to help us. We ended up getting Cameron Branco who was great. We first just wanted to look around by ourselves and told him we’ll go get him if we need help. He completely respected that and left us alone until we needed something. He wasn’t overbearing, gave us the information we needed and answered all our questions when we asked. Overall he was great and very personable to deal with.
