I purchased a 2023 Audi Q-5 through Adrian. He answered all of my questions and made sure I was well informed before making the purchase. Through Adrian and Jon, I also received my asking price for the trade in of my Audi A-4. A good experience all around.
Utterly unprofessional. I called on a Saturday at 9:10 am. I asked to see a particular preowned Q7. They confirmed it was on the lot and asked when would I like to come in and see it. I said “Great! How about 1:30?”. They said, “Perfect! We will have it ready for you. See you then.” I left my home in Stonington, CT at 12:15 to be on time, walked in at exactly 1:30, only to be greeted with “Hi- we tried to reach you earlier, but a deposit was placed on that vehicle last night. This is by far the best dealership I’ve dealt with. Fillipe did a great job showing me the car and took time to make sure I liked the vehicle and was satisfied with the numbers. No hidden fees this is a dealer you can trust. I ended up getting a car from a dealer with the exact spec and model I wanted but I can’t thank Felipe and Audi of Fall River enough for how they treated me while I was there and after I left.
I was very well attended, they answered all my questions, very good people, highly recommended!
