My experience at Fall River Audi was excellent,my sales representatives Cameron Branco provided excellent service ,knowledgeable and honest, I which I could give him ten star for his service,looking for an Audi or V W ,my sure you ask for Mr Cameron,you won’t regret ,he’s very transparent and honest.

I was very pleased with the recent service on my Q5 Audi which was coordinated by Ray. It was both comprehensive and detailed, and I am confident that I will be well served until the next service. I appreciated the loaner car which was a major accommodation. I wanted to point out that the service department checked my tires previously when the low pressure light came on. I drove to Fall River and they fixed it promptly. Five Stars ⭐️ across the board.
My girlfriend and I originally went to look at a pre-owned Hyundai they had on the lot a few months back, but we missed it and it sold. Kara in sales worked with us to help find the perfect car and we ended up in a CPO Jetta! The staff is all very kind and easy to work with, very patient and helpful. I would 100% buy a vehicle from here again. They are the true definition of true customer service.
