Audi exchange was great with my recent Purchase of my Lexus Rx350. I had a long drive to get the car and they had it ready when I went and were very accommodating. The process was smooth and Mike was very nice answering any questions I had.
I’m not typically a fan of the car buying process. That changed when I went to Audi Exchange of Saint Charles. My salesman Aaron, treated me with respect. When I told him I needed some time to think, he didn’t push me in any way, and understood my situation and accommodated him. When it came down to negotiating, he was fair and straightforward. Friendliest staff I’ve had the please of buying a car from. I look forward to my next purchase.
