Always great customer service in the service department!
My wife and I agreed this was a pleasant experience when purchasing a 2025 Q5. We test drove 3 vehicles before deciding on the one we bought. Sales person, Dan, was very good and patient in helping us throughout the entire process and after the sale as I worked my way through the tech aspects of the vehicle. The entire facility was exceptionally clean and all employees were courteous.
