Took my Q8 in for a engine noise had a 1030 appointment. They started looking at it at 4 charged me $329 for a diagnostic and told me I needed a $1200 diagnostic.
I went in for an oil change, was told I needed new tires. They sold me 2 year old tires, and didn’t even notice the battery, which died 24 hours later. The old tires had dry rot. They totally screwed me! This service was done when car was in my mother’s name. The tires were not used, they were 2 year old new stock. So they were bad quick, and they were not even the best tires for the car. I will delete this post, but only after one more month of views. You disappoint me as a local business!
