I am writing this to share my honest opinion with my recent experience at The Audi Exchange Service. I dropped my car off at 8AM, the diagnostics were finished at 10:15AM but did not receive a call or update on my service until 7PM that night (over 9 hours later). They could not find anything with 2/3 of the problems I had brought the car in for even though I had videos to prove what was wrong with the car. Window was stuck open and they got me in on New Year’s Eve, repaired in a couple hours, free car wash, and out the door. Nice waiting area too!
