Great fast and easy experience
Stay away from Audi vehicles. There are things that wear prematurely (like at 65,000 miles) that should not be wearing out. I have had at least 15 vehicles in my life, and none of them have had this kind of premature failures even with over 100,000 miles and 15 years. I love my Q7, but the cost to repair items that should not be failing with 65,000 miles is extremely expensive. This is my first and will likely be my last Audi as a result of this. This is just a warning to those of you considering purchasing an Audi.
Purchased a Q5 upon search for trim, color and options by Allan, salesperson. The transaction was completed as discussed. No haggle by the finance department, Tim. Just signed and issued the check. Traveled nearly 400 miles to obtain this vehicle and was worth the trip.
I bought an Audi Q5 on Saturday and my salesman was Cody. I have lived in America for 21 years and I have bought a lot of cars since I've been here and Cody is the only one that I haven't felt has ripped me off. He is an amazing salesman. Very patient because I'm not the easiest person, He's knowledgeable about his product. I would recommend anybody buy an Audi. I love my car. It's wonderful and go to Escondido Audi and deal with Cody. You will not be disappointed I promise.
The worst car-buying experience in my life. Don’t buy an Audi, especially from Audi Escondido. The General Manager was actually screaming at me as if I was unreasonable for wanting a GPS Navigation system that works. There is no way to save Favorites Destinations with the ability to rename (edit) an address as a Contact Name. So unless you want a list of 25 addresses as your Favorite Destinations (477 El Camino Real, Encinitas) rather than a Name (Dr. Thomas), then you are out of luck.
