Stacy was very helpful and knowledgeable with her inventory. She went out of her way to make sure that my experience buying a car was flawless, quick, and easy. I brought a trade in from Los Angeles and drove off with a new car thanks to her and Tim. They made sure that the drive would be worth my time and it definitely was!
Buying process was easy and was a no pressure situation. Reviewed Car & Driver, and Edmunds so understood pros and cons. Easier to talk with sales staff during test drive if you go through those items that concern you. Very friendly staff. Easy to work with.
We had a fantastic experience thanks to Allen and Alex. We loved Allen's relaxed, no-pressure/straightforward style, and the lack of additional fees. Each department was efficient and friendly. We'll be back to buy my husband a new Audi in a couple years.
