Bought my Audi from Audi Englewood and serviced the vehicle there multiple times, yet when my car developed a known mechatronics issue covered under an Audi TSB, they were unwilling to help in any meaningful way. Kristina at Audi of Englewood, NJ consistently makes my service experiences perfect. She books my appointments early, provides an accurate estimated wait time, and offers a loaner vehicle if the service will be lengthy. She also always checks for warranty coverage or discounted opportunities, which is a big help.
