I brought my 2018 Audi A4 in for a recall service on the evaporator coil, which cost me $3,000. That alone was frustrating, but what makes this experience completely unacceptable is that a personal item — a knife I kept in my car — was missing after the service. There is no excuse for a customer’s belongings to disappear while a vehicle is in the care of a service department. Whether it was negligence or outright theft, this is a serious breach of trust. I just called to check on the diagnostic price, and as soon as the woman on the phone answered $250 in a rude tone, and she hung up on me without caring to hear what I was trying to check next or waiting for my response. That's rude for people running businesses like these.

These guys are genuine. I have had water pump replacements quotes almost twice as what these people charged. Glad to found this dealership

Actual Convo with the service staff picking up my Q5... Me: "When I dropped this off I said the lane assist wasn't working right and mentioned the 360 cameras didn't line up. On this report they said the 360 cameras just never line up on these and it would cost $900 to calibrate it after owning it 12 months...
