I brought in my 2021 Audi A6 because it could not pass inspection due to the fuel system showing “not ready,” along with needing an oil change and a rear camera recall. I brought my audi q5 for 60k service (by the way the cost is about $827.39) and they advised me that my rear brakes need to be changed. They quoted me $1400 for the brakes - $300(discount) so now I am looking at a bill for $1100 +850 = 1927.39 I go to pick up the car and there is an additional charge for brake flush $250!!!! This charge should have been included with the 60k service as per SASHA (The 1st person we dealt with) So now that discount literally cancels out. I brought my 2018 Audi A4 in for a recall service on the evaporator coil, which cost me $3,000. That alone was frustrating, but what makes this experience completely unacceptable is that a personal item — a knife I kept in my car — was missing after the service. There is no excuse for a customer’s belongings to disappear while a vehicle is in the care of a service department. Whether it was negligence or outright theft, this is a serious breach of trust.
