I just got my 45k maintenance performed at Audi Durham for the first time yesterday. The maintenance was covered under the service package I had bought. What really bothered me was that I had asked for help installing the OEM front license plate holder bracket which I brought with me. Shouldn’t take a technician more than 5 minutes to do this. Took my car to Audi Durham to complete a recall. Melanie provided great customer service, the process was quick and smooth. Was given a loaner car until my car was fixed. When I picked up my car it was sparking clean and they gave me a complimentary car wash! Would definitely come back again.

Great experience overall! Wendel was very accommodating and responsive from my initial inquiry all the way to delivery. He was always very patient and made sure that the entire process was as smooth as possible. Even now, months later, he responds quickly and efficiently to my questions and I would not hesitate to go back to him in the future.
I had a wonderful purchasing experience with Wendel. He made me feel welcomes, comfortable and supported answering all of my questions. I can easily say this was my best experience at a dealership to date. I would highly recommend Audi Durham and Wendel.
