I would rather go to the Midtown or the Downtown Audi…careful when dealing with used Audi vehicles from this dealership.
Had my 15K service performed - as usual Audi Durham ready for me and finished on time. Great service as always.
This dealer and their service department are head and shoulders above others. My vehicle presented an Electrical System Fault. I called them, and they advised me not to drive it. It was towed to them and fixed by the next day. Everything was handled by text messages with prompt replies to any questions.
Excellent service. On time, efficient, friendly, knowledgeable. Great experience.
