Very poor communication. Have been calling service advisor and IT advisor for several weeks now without a return call or information to resolve my software problems on my 2025 Q6 e-tron. Beginning to remember why I went with BMW instead of Audi on my last vehicle.

Stanley Walters has the worst customer service... not only has audi not provided a loaner car after having the vehicle since Monday and car won't be completed until beginning of next week after over $6000+ but he doesn't even bother to check in with u on a daily basis. This service department sucks all around! Had two recalls plus more service and feel like the upped the prices on the other service to make up for their recall services. Where's my loaner and update? Never bring ur vehicle here 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽
