Signed an Invoice for one price and was charged a different higher price. I called and emailed multiple times but did not get a reply. Was under $100 difference, so not earth shattering, but frustrating.
Dropped my car off for 1 day to get an alignment. Got it done in under a day and the service that was performed was not just a regular alignment. They had to do a whole chassis shift. 10/10 steering wheel is straight and the car is aligned.
Routine inspection and during the inspection my vehicle setting were reset and my Audi will not allow me to adjust the charge/range setting. This has been frustrating and I am unhappy that my vehicle settings were reset and the system will not allow me to change these back.
Professional, thorough, and they assist with transportation while your car is in their shop. Very well run, polite, and knowledgeable.
