Never take your car to white Allen....run as far away from them as you can...they kept my car for 5 days never finding out what was wrong with it...they were guessing it was one thing but I asked if that didn't work would I still be charged for further work if that didn't solve the issue......I was then charged over $900 for nothing before releasing car back to me.....the worst place to take your car for service
If you own an Audi, use them…if you don’t own an Audi, buy an Audi and use them.

Great friendly really welcoming
Had my Audi A6 Etron for some issues and I knew there was a software update needed which would most likely fix these issues. The service agent was very courteous, acknowledged the new update and gave me an estimate of 3-6 hrs while I waited. I was updated through out the process that it was close to completion.
