Just purchased a vehicle. I was happy with the sales process, purchased a few care packages that were discussed. We finalized the total and I paid for the vehicle when everything was totaled. I came in to pick up the car the next day and was promptly presented with several more packages (about 8% of the vehicle cost) that “I should buy” in a very pushy manner. Bought an Audi S3 from here back in November of 2023. Being a woman no one there took me serious until I drove an hour out to actually come see the car in person. Fast forward to February 2025 and I just found a rust slit on the side of my car. Brought it to an auto body shop to get it checked out and seems to be there was previous patch work done there before for rust which was not previously noted. Absolutely ridiculous that I now have to pay out of pocket to get this repaired. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.
